Catering services for parties and functions
We do full service catering for any function such as birthdays, weddings and dinner parties etc. Our buffet table is equipped with a banquet set-up, decorations and experienced staff that will arrange and look after the service of food for the evening.
For smaller occasions we prepare food for you to pick up at our premises. So you can arrange it yourself to suit your needs.
Please call the restaurant or fax your desired menu and other details to get a quotation for your next important event. We can have a discussion with you to arrange a menu that will be suitable for your occasion. Go to the catering section of our menu to see what we can offer for you.
Terms and Conditions for catering
- Number of people attending the function and the price per-head need to be confirmed at the time of placing the order.
- If the number of people for the function changes, then the price per-head will change accordingly. Change of circumstances need to be confirmed at least 3 days before the function date.
- If you pay a deposit in advance, please get a written notice from the shop.
- Please be aware that the staff will bring only the number of plates that is necessary for the number of people in the function.
- Take a moment to count the plates before the start of the function.
- If necessary, additional plates can be organised with the staff. However, those additional plates will be charged at the per-head rate of that function.
- Side dishes, desserts and tea/coffee are not included as default items. You have to order them, and make sure they are in the order when you confirm.
- If there is any left over food, the staff will inform the organisers about it, when it’s possible to do so. If we have to leave our containers, please note that there is a refundable charge of $50 that need to be given to the staff at the venue of the function.
- The total charge for the function (minus any advance payments) need to be paid in cash, to the staff at the end of the function, unless, you have organised any alternative with Mr. Fernando and the staff are aware of it.
Note: other methods of payment must be communicated before the beginning of the function and must have the approval of Mr. Fernando. When you intend to do so, please get a written confirmation at the time you place the order.
